Half the crowd there hasn't even heard of this stuff, much less drank it. Even after everyone pissing on how bad it tastes, it still doesn't take long for the whole 7 cans to be downed in short order. The youngest of the bunch, who I'm guessing hasn't drank much in general much less Sparks, is now completely wired. Can't stop talking but also doesn't realize he's also hella drunk (did I mention the Tequila shot chasers? Yeah those too). We end up going to an underground SF Love Parade After Party right on the Bay in Hunter's Point. This guy is now running around like he's a speed freak, but again, doesn't realize he's got tons of malt liquor in him. He then decides he needs to take a piss and the best place to go would be among the massive amounts of rocks on the shore of the bay. He is gone for like 10 minutes, so I go looking for him. He comes up from the shore with a massive gash on his hand from stumbling and hitting hard on the rocks. He's actually bleeding pretty good. Of course no one has a band-aid or anything. It was ample sleep-replacement party-inducer for the first half of the week at least. Sunday night we all fell asleep early. Hardly a coincedence.
